UKREiiF

The UK Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum, better known as UKREiiF, takes place each May in Leeds, where the Royal Armouries Museum and the surrounding Leeds Dock host three days of conference sessions, exhibition pavilions and networking events along the waterfront.

The forum connects investors, developers, occupiers, funders and representatives of local and national government with a single aim: unlocking investment and accelerating regeneration and infrastructure delivery across every UK region. The programme combines keynote addresses and panel debates with city and regional pavilions, investor lounges and an extensive fringe of receptions and dinners across the city.

Launched in 2022, UKREiiF has grown into the UK’s leading event for the built environment, drawing more than 16,000 delegates to Leeds each year. The 2027 edition is confirmed for 18–20 May, with the city hosting once again.
